If your order is incorrect or shipped short of items or quantity (except due to back order from the manufacturer) we will give you one complementary product of equal or less value than the most expensive product on that order. If this happens we will request what item you wish to receive complementary by email.
Product Guarantee:
Natures Sunshine Products' product quality is guaranteed. This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discounted or outdated.
Customer Satisfaction is MrVitaHerbs goal. If for any reason a customer is not 100% satisfied with the quality of an NSP product, we will accept the unused portion of the product within 60 days of purchase for a replacement product or store credit.
Shipping must be prepaid on all product returns.
